I'm in CO as well, mind if I ask which shop you used? Also, the plastic gunmetal center caps, were those plasti-dipped or painted or something? Congrats!
I used ColorWerks down south by me in Centennial (Arapahoe & Jordan). They did paint the center caps - I originally said to just spray-paint it all black but when they powder coated the wheels & put them back on the truck, Troy who I was working with thought it looked better with the yellow Rivian accent so they taped that off and painted around it. He was most likely correct.

I had used ColorWerks back in 2014 on a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and that must have been right after they started the shop, I think they were working off floor-jacks - it is very different today, same location but they must have taken over the attached space next door as well. I think they have 3 or 4 lifts now and need more room.

Thanks for posting this. I currently have silver configured and have been going back and forth between the 20" AT's and powder coating the stock 21's. Never really loved the stock 21's but they look MUCH better this way.

I also picked LA silver, but I am hesitant to stick with it based on some negative feedback regarding quality of the paint job. There are a few pictures with tiger stripes on the hood. Does your paint look good?

I do not have any stripes in my hood. I was worried about that and it was the first thing I looked for when I took delivery. Thankfully all is well. It seems like whatever issue was causing that has been resolved.

so its looking like LA Sliver, probably along with Compass Yellow, is going to be the most rare color choice. even though its free. seems like majority is going ECG, GW, L, LG. im surprised how many are getting Limestone but then again, light grey is the flavor of the month with many manufacturers these days.

i thought Limestone was going to be the rare one and LAS popular but its turning out to be the opposite. i would get LAS but i already two care in silver.

Saw this beauty in the wild (Phoenix Valley area) and thought I’d share. LA Silver R1T with 20” AT Blacks. Looked awesome. I tried to get a close-up of the paint job. More metallic fleck than I expected. Had great depth and was beautiful. Front apron had PPF (gloss, not stealth) and rest of truck was ‘naked’.
P.S. - I suck at taking pictures, so sorry for the hack job.

My exact configuration since day 1 (aside from a brief flirtation with Limestone). Thanks for the pics of the front PPF. I plan to do that on mine as well. A little more noticeable than it would be on white or gray or Limestone, but doesn't look too bad. For some reason I thought it came back farther though? Maybe it's not the Rivian Xpel deal...

Unofficial polling suggests that silver is ahead of black, yellow, and red. So while not extremely common, I don’t think silver is going to be exceptionally rare.
