Did you happen to receive any notice it had shipped or did it just show up? I picked up my R1S in August and haven't heard anything so curious when you purchased your vehicle if I'm getting close...Ordered mine same day it was available. Due to be delivered by UPS tomorrow. Received my NACS adapter yesterday. Packaging was spartan with a part label in the box. Felt like a no frills brand that ships from China.

Got my fob yesterday but haven't heard anything on the adapter since my opt-in email.For my Fobs, I bought two on December 20th, and I got notification on the 4th that they were shipped (separate shipments). Delivery is coming from California. I bought my R1S in July and have not received any notification on the NACS converter yet. I did borrow a friends converter last weekend for a road trip (he has a 2024 R1T), and it worked perfectly.

Yes to both.Does the keyfob show up in your car's Settings/Drivers and Keys?
Is your car able to connect to the internet? I think it has to sync with the cloud before the keyfob can fully activate.
I have the same problem. They don't take it seriously - appointment in three weeks to come look at it.Huh, definitely should work then. Maybe a system reboot?
Only other thing I can suggest is to call Rivian support (the 1888-RIVAN1 number). I've found this is one of the things they take seriously (when I had keycard issues, they actually contacted an engineer to remotely activate the card for me, and called me back to check). Best of luck.
