I visited the brand new SC in St Augustine (World Golf Village area) and was amazed at the SIZE of the service bays (looks to be in excess of 20 bays..just a guess) Currently they have 15 service techs but will have about 50 when completed. They have the service contract for area Rivian Amazon delivery trucks. The staff was friendly and informative (thanks Lisa!) and they actual fixed a frunk lid alignment issue right on the spot…no appt..no charge. I am really relieved that if / when I ever need service, I no longer have to make the 3-hour journey to Orlando. Bravo Rivian!
