I spoke to them last night and they said they had so many orders packed last week UPS couldn't pick them all up...

they are pushing them out as fast as they can.

I could only imagine the difficulties in scaling up production and logistics to meet the demand of ford and rivian customers with others looming on the horizon.

i'll give @A2ZEV the opportunity to chime in.

I called customer service and it took them at least FOUR rings to pick up. Absolutely unacceptable. To top it all off, I had to hold the phone with my own hand as my voice assistant wasn't working. Clearly the company is going under.

I ordered an R2 from Rivian nearly a month ago and not a single word... it's like they don't even want my money.

I'm not really holding my breath on get the adapter. Fortunately, I'm not pressed to have it right now. Rivian is not real good at stuff like this. I am afraid that this adapter distribution is going to become a "Mongolian Goat Rope".

I feel like if they have that many orders they should be discussing with UPS for a large volume pickup, or organize drop-off at a UPS facility themselves. Maybe that is logistically impractical, but to me it makes sense if you are trying to ship out 1K + orders (no idea on actual numbers)

At least you were able to order R2. I cannot get anything on R3X. When can I order, what colors....and take all my money ...nothing, nada from them; as if I don't even exist. I feel very humiliated.
