Is it better to buy a new R1T or a used one with an Automatic Tonneau Cover?

I would imagine a tonneau cover helps with range. Less aerodynamic drag.
The only studies I've seen do show about 5-8% improvement for speeds over 55 mph, but under 55mph any benefit basically disappears.

As a younger man, I drove an 8ft bed f150 for years and never thought about a tonneau cover.

Now I have a wife and 2 kids. Automatic tonneau cover has been amazing for keeping all of the things that come with a family protected. Mine has worked flawlessly for nearly a year
