iPhone Phone/Contact Favorites NOT syncing with R1T

Sync issue: iPhone favorites are not syncing with the truck. All other contacts sync fine however those that I’ve set as favorites (they’re used by far the most often) do not show up—any idea why? Any tricks to fix this? To be clear, all contacts are syncing as they should with the exception of those I need most…. I’ve unpaired/repaired the phone (iPhone 14 Pro) twice and have the exact same result. What is going on? Any help? Thanks.

Any help/thoughts? This is truly frustrating….its as if my most commonly used phone numbers (family, colleagues, close friends) simply don’t exist but the dry cleaner I used 10 years ago is readily available. Any advice? Thanks all. MJP

I've tried everything. I just downloaded a contact manager to get all my contacts synced, deleted duplicates, etc. For some reason I have no idea where Rivian is pulling my contacts from because none of my favorites are showing up, in fact, all the contacts I really don't care about are the ones that are showing.

I’m not seeing this issue. IOS 16.4 and iPhone 14 pro max. R1S 2023.10.2

I see the recent calls on the top, I see the pictures associated with my contacts, I see my favorites when I look for them. They are in alphabetical order based on first name, seems like single line per letter and have to scroll to the right to see the ones further down.

I too can’t get any contacts to my car. When I call out a contact to call it says no contacts found. Any solutions?

Hi First time. Just got my R1S with same issue. I even tried my Android phone. No luck. Deleted, repaired and reset multimedia interface. Noting works.

I had a loaner R1T for the last two weeks while my own R1T was in for service: it, too, had the same issue. Service tech said that it’s a known-issue and that Rivian is working on it. No timeline was given for a fix, nor would one have been believed. Still, some comfort that apparently Rivian is aware of the issue although it’s odd that not all owners are affected.
