Just checked and the Android version is also out - This is the 2nd time that I can recall where the iOS and android updates come out at the exact same time....

I downloaded the Android app also. I sure wish Rivian would allow the Owners Manual in the app to be readable on a mobile device.
Not sure what you mean. I can read it fine on iPhone and iPad. Does it not work on Android?

Updated the Android app and all of my scheduled climate sessions were removed and I cannot add any.

It works but it basically just opens a PDF file and, unless you zoom in to each section, it's really small. This requires horizontal scrolling as well once you zoom in as it's formatted for a full page width.

I must have been thinking, it’s about time for an update. One I would like to see.
Short cut to “vehicle kneel”.
Very nice feature, as applied all or none, not so much. Kneel from short cuts and or app. Would add so much functionality. This would also reduce number of cycles on air ride. Still allowing use when needed but not all the time. Anyone with Rivian connection, drop a hint.

Sport lowest is actually lower than kneel mode. I do not drive in sport much so keep it in lowest. When I have the pups with us I just switch to sport mode when parking so it drops to lowest to make it easier for them to get in and out.

Is this a real concern? I thought the air suspension raises and lowers all the time during driving, depending on distribution of weight/passengers in car, etc., anyway? Lowering once everytime when parking seems like a small incremental strain on the suspension. Would be great if someone knowledgeable could chime in here.

On the other hand, I do think "kneel on command" is useful, but I also think they need to be careful because height changes can hurt someone. So I would think they would only allow it from inside the car, or if you are within PAAK range. My use case is I would like to start the car kneeling as I pull into the garage, rather than once I hit park, because nobody in my family is willing to wait for it or even knows how long to wait if they wanted to, and as soon as someone opens the door the kneeling stops, and the one person in the car that needs it is deprived of the benefit.

I would also like to be able to start a kneel from my phone as I approach the car, once I am within sight of it to ensure I'm not going to do any damage or hurt anyone (sometimes I park with the front or tail hanging over the curb or something like that).

Google Play Store says that the new version of the Rivian app is not compatible with my Galaxy S10e. Samsung should be slipping Rivian some money for helping them to force new phone purchases.

Perfectly readable on my iPhone 12 Pro, just have to zoom in to increase text size. What I wish, is for it to be searchable. That's more of a iOS issue (and how PDFs are handled within apps other than Acrobat).
