No.That should be done on the onboard vehicle charger. The wall chargers for the home are AC chargers. The vehicles have an on board charger that converts from AC to DC when loading into the battery. Vehicles that support VtoH and VtoG should be making this DC to AC conversion before it leaves the vehicle.
V2H/G systems are connected thru the DC charge port pins to the vehicle. The V2H/G hardware is on your wall, the vehicle side is just software.

V2L systems do convert the DC to AC on-board and supply it via outlets. Rivian and Hyundai are providing 120V, Bollinger and Ford are promising both 120 and 240V capability
