Thanks for posting these images! The running boards look great.

You mentioned before that the running boards are within the existing aero profile of the truck. Do you have any data to share regarding impact to range?

No hard facts on aero yet - we don't expect much of a difference.

Yes, ~ 100 on running boards, 180 on sliders. Give or take, doesn't factor the step pattern and some small changes to brackets.
On previous postings, you mentioned there are 5 more jack points on each side for the sliders where they're bolted to the frame. Can they be used to lift the RIVIAN up instead of the OEM jack points? How far are they apart from one another? I have the QuickJack but it's not long enough (66" spread) to lift the R1T lengthwise using the OEM jack points and would have to resort to lifting the truck sideways. If they are within the 66" spread, the next question is will the truck stay balanced front to rear when lifted? This would be a BIG selling point for the sliders vs just the running boards.

‘Zactly the question I’ve been asking. And asking. And asking…

Okay gang, a few pics of the pre-production part (Note - does NOT have the pattern in the step panel yet - Production will have the pattern lasered into the step plates!) - Enjoy!

So, I'm heading to SoCal next week. Can I see them in person to make sure it's what I want? If so, where and when?

Yes absolutely you can use them to jack the truck. That’s why we added them. Specifically because when you’re off road and need recovery you can’t always get the jack on the “factory spot”.

Next question: are the sliders avaible without the steps?

You didn't answer my questions on jacking safely with QuickJack. I'm assuming you don't know yourself.

Ah, sorry I missed that question!

Yes, we added 5 jacking points along the length of the side of the truck (on our slider version). They are spaced between 15" and 18" (varies). YES you can jack the side of the truck up near the center of the truck, using one of our jack points. Hope this answers!

BTW, you most definitely cannot jack the side up directly on the stock factory frame without denting the stock frame....ask me how i know :) Our slider was designed to SOVLE this problem.

Sent you a message on the website as well, but curious what the return policy is. I need this so that my in-laws who are elderly can get in/out easier. They struggle right now. But if this doesn't really work for them, I want to return, but it shows that you only accept uninstalled unused returns? Just want to confirm before decided to order or not.
