First, i'm envious of your garage space. Wish i had that. Second, the ikamper looks great and I also wish i could purchase the rack and move mine up from the bed to free up space, but alas, if i do it stays outside as it would not go in the garage! Congratulations on the setup. Looks perfect!

Looks good. Thanks for sharing. Whenever you have a chance, do you mind posting some more photo angles of your setup?

Looks great. I am also jealous of your garage clearance. My antenna clears the garage door by less than 1cm in standard height!

That’s the full size iKamper no? How many could you sleep in there?

Very sturdy, easy to install. I lost one spring T nut, and they sent me another batch free of charge. Very responsive and pleasure to work with. Fits flush with the factory crossbars so that my Ikamper is resting in 3 bars, feels much secure. Highly recommend it.
Very nice. Had a chance to test the effects on efficiency?
not yet. Will do shortly. Will likely add a wind deflectior

Yes, full size. Sleeps skinny 4 adults. Most likely 2 adults and 2 kids.

@Rivian Head Do you have any sense of how much time it would take to uninstall the rack. I'd like a rack like this that I could take on and off relatively easily.
All I have to do is to remove 8 bolts. 2 min job. Reinstalling may take more time since lining up 8 bolts onto U shaped nuts will take some time. But shouldn’t be too difficult.

Haha. I was literally doing research on hoist systems last night. Still looking for the simplest solution as I’m not mechanically inclined.

Do you plan to buy two more mounts to connect to the roof bar? Or perhaps at least consider a foam or rubber insert into the crossbar channel so you have a constant and soft touch point.

No, I am not that concerned. I just want the easiest way to unload ikamper. Looking at a bunch of hoist systems, but not sure
