Mobile Service came out on Friday and replaced my 12v Batteries, the tech "forgot his cable" to clear the code. He did multiple hard resets and couldn't clear the code. He said charge it, drive it and it might go away, if it doesn't go to a Service Center and have them clear the code. It's been three days and still showing the dang code, should I call or just show up at a SC to get the code cleared? Anyone have 2 cents?
Go to the hidden RIDE app activating the service mode, and you'll find a 12V Battery Health button right there to click. Go for it! :)

Dang it.. then yeah, if driving doesn't clear, you'll have to do the SC visit...

Dang it.. then yeah, if driving doesn't clear, you'll have to do the SC visit...
So frustrating, SC is about hour and 1/2 each way... But the error code is annoying and worried not having it cleared. Can just put a piece of black tape over it the good old days when the check engine light turned on.

You know what's the worst thing about what you just said? Is that I have actually done that in the past in one of my cars :p

I had a similar issue, but without the 12V battery warning. My truck's battery was completely dead on 10/25. I turned on the heat from the app, and when I got back to the truck, it showed a battery issue. After I did a soft reset, it kept beeping for about 5-10 minutes, but eventually, everything went dead. Rivian towed my truck on 10/28, and it’s been in the shop since. Last I heard, they are replacing the 12V and the high-voltage battery. My original appointment was on 11/5, but they did inspect the truck on 10/28. Rivian was able to jump-start it, but it seems the 12V battery isn’t holding a charge. I think the issue might be related to software version 2024.39? My loaner vehicle is running on 2024.39.01, and it's experiencing a lot of glitches lol
