Looks like Rivian updated their Service Center map to include a Hudson, NH location coming soon. Everyone in Northern New England can rejoice in avoiding trips into Boston.

I wonder if that will meet the state requirements so they can offer leasing here.

Literally the exact same distance as Chelsea from me, lol. But probably a more pleasant experience and avoids the misery of Boston traffic.

Second for Portland, ME! Or just expand the offerings at the third party collision centers. There is one in Saco, ME that does Rivian warranty work, but they were not part of the list for the recent Hub bolt tightening service campaign. These locations have to do official Rivian training and purchase Rivian service hardware so it would be great if they were able to offer more types of service.

I also noticed that place has pretty bad reviews online which makes me a little nervous since it’s literally the only option in the state. Have you used their services?

No, thankfully haven't needed too as of yet. I get my R1S inspected at a place in Biddeford which is great and everything else has been Mobile Service.

I did hear a rumour of a Portland "area" Service Center in the planning phase for early 2026 though. I was trying to find public planning permit records to confirm or deny that but no luck so far.

I was told it'll open around labor day and it's expected to be on flagstone drive by the Walmart
