What's the best way to share Rivian feedback to the company? Do they care?

New owner and feel like for the price point, there are some basic bells & whistles missing. Maybe a part of the next software update?

Example: There needs to be better air vent control. Seems a huge miss that the second row cannot chain air flow speed or temperature. Front seat vents cannot be moved to change air flow.
Also no USB option to allow any phone music to be played. Limited access with Spotify and no CarPlay seems like a miss too.

BTW the Halloween feature (music, zombies as walkers, witches on brooms vs. bikes, etc.) was surprising and fun. Any plans for another holiday version before year end?

I think most agree on the air vents, and some of the issue is just the physical design of the vents. Not sure if any software update can fix what is going on there.

I'm sure Rivian will do future fun modes, but so far we've only seen Halloween mode both years.

Front seat vents cannot be moved to change air flow.
The front seat air vents are moved by dragging the vent image on the screen with your finger...
1. Click the temperature control at bottom left of screen
2. When the image of the front dash appears, touch any vent image with your finger and drag.

It's actually a fanciful over the top feature (though a little hard to find), not a missing one.
