Between the guides and the phone numbers etc I can't seem to tell which is which sometimes. How did you text CS? Through the app? I'm interested in an additional fob (although I might be out for $275)

Coming from tesla the key situation is a bit frustrating. This is a place Rivian needs to do better. It should not be a major ordeal to secure and Program key cards. There should be third party options and the keys should be inexpensive and simple to pair with the car, just as easy as pairing a Bluetooth headset to a phone.
