How do we save a copy of work orders / invoices?

How do I download a copy (PDF preferably) of a work order? I don't see an option to do this. And it seems Rivian is purging work orders after a few months because my app shows previous invoices but I can't open ones that are more than a couple months old.

I need to be able to save a copy of this stuff. It's crazy to me that they've refused to provide a paper printout and either don't let me download a digital copy, or if they do it is not easy/obvious.

Down arrow for each individual thing or the "Download Zip File" button at the bottom for a package. Does yours not have these or something?

I was just looking for some historical ones the other day as well and noticed they aren't there. My latest one does have the option to download though. I get taken to the site where it shows me the invoice and if I click the hamburger at the top right, then I see the download option.

The historical ones just look to be gone though from purge.

The only option in the hamburger menu, for me, is Language.

Mine is complete- not sure if it makes a difference. But I’ve got hamburger in the left and that’s the one that will open giving me a download option

I don't even have that button on the left.

If you click on the work order for approval link in your previous and it brings up the doc, does it change then to maybe give you the option for download of that work order?

Can't even view it anymore.

I've had the same issue. I resorted to using the Print -> Save as PDF feature in macOS. It's not formatted ideally, but it works.
