Houston 2nd Meet Up Saturday, June 25th at 9am Location MKT Heights

Hey my H-town peeps! We had a great first meet up a few months ago. Three R1T owners came out and gave most of us our first look in person of a R1T. Thanks again to @jimaws, @Dreamwater, and @Voronbrg. I am hoping that we get more trucks out this time since there have been a lot more deliveries in the area.

I am open to suggestions for where we should meet up. Last time, we were in the parking lot at Memorial City Mall and we almost got kicked out by security, so not Memorial City Mall this time.

My recommendation is MKT Heights at 9am. Wherever we do decide to go, I will make sure this time that it is OK for us to gather there.

For those not familiar with MKT Heights, it is a shopping center with retail, office, and dining. There are a couple of free Chargepoint chargers in the parking lot.

Its been really hot lately. Even though we are meeting up at 9am, it is still going to be hot. There are a few places where you can grab a drink. La La Land Cafe has really interesting latte flavors.

Good luck. I have seen forest green in person and it looks really good. If I were getting forest green, I would get forest edge interior. They just seem like they would go together.

Just a heads up, I was contacted by a member from the NRG Energy EV research department (a neighbor sent them a pic), and so I invited them to the meet up. They will be there for research purposes on user charging habits, etc. Should be interesting.
