Heater Issues - R1S

Anyone have any heating issues? I’m in the Northeast and the last couple days I’m only getting lukewarm air on the highest setting. This is after driving the car for 10-15 minutes.

Had this happen a couple months back. Rivian said to do a restart and it fixed the issue.

Dropped off my R1T at Service yesterday for a few things I complied to make my appointment worthwhile. A week ago my heater same thing. They said it’s a known software issue that many are experiencing and it’s been escalated to the software team.
