I need to schedule a mobile service to verify torque on rear wheel hubs on identified pre-2025 trucks. Anyone else got that call and know more about this issue ?

The SC did that on my truck when I had the wheels rotated. Didn’t ask for it, it was just a line item on the invoice. R1S QM Dec 2023

I need to schedule a mobile service to verify torque on rear wheel hubs on identified pre-2025 trucks. Anyone else got that call and know more about this issue ?
I have not, but I've been getting some odd noise from the rear half-shafts under heavy acceleration while turning and I was wondering if the hubs may be the cause. Haven't had a chance to get under it to look if anything was visible though. It basically sounds like what I experienced the one time I accidentally accelerated full throttle in the high suspension height before realizing my mistake, but less loud. Maybe I ought to reach out to customer service and see if my early 2023 truck is covered by this one. I had mobile service out in December and the tech said that my truck wasn't covered by the front hub issue.

I got call from rivian on Monday that I have an issue with my 12V battery and I have mobile service coming today (Thursday) to repair already. How do they know that I have an issue with my 12V battery. They told me that truck is sending error code to the rivian. I mean it’s free who cares. But in future when warranty is gone, what happens then, if they just call me for something that the truck is not even showing any error code on my side. I may have to trust them and give them my money?

If a low voltage occurs it will send a message, these trucks have telemetry

they know how you drive and where you are.
