Well. Maybe I need to ride it for at least a 1k miles to see if the slight vibration goes away at 65 mph? Or defective tires ?
In recent memory, I've rarely seen defective tires. If you truly think it is, I'd reach out to Brian @B Digs as they might want to investigate it. I really doubt that is the issue and I would first have them balanced at another shop. I might also have them rotate the tires to see if it makes a difference.

Where do you feel the vibes? Did it get better after the last balancing?

I will bring it to another shop and see. The steering wheel vibration did not get better after the 2nd balancing. The manager of that store said everything looks good on the machine

Do you know if the original shop did dynamic or road force balancing? The vibrations and higher tire temps can be a sign of imbalance. Keep us in the loop. Hopefully, you’ll have better luck at another shop.

They are discount tires so it is road force balancing. I will bring it to a different discount tires and see. Maybe different tech can do better ? . Both of my general grabber and OEm 21 " don't have this issue and I used the same store for rotating and balancing

Hopefully, the 3rd time is the charm! In general, a lot of people have reported a smooth ride with these tires. Sorry to hear this hasn’t been your experience so far.

Just got these to replace the awful droning on my pirelli AT on the AT dark wheels. SO much quieter and more comfortable than the scorpions like folks have reported here. Highly recommend for the value!

With latest patch, has anyone confirmed which wheel setting is the most accurate with these and the factory AT wheels? I’ve tried the 20 All season Goodyear setting and I’m off by 2-3 mphs @75 mph and with the 21 Road setting, I’m off 1-2 mphs @75 mph. Using google maps and Waze to gauge. Interested in what others are seeing?
Use the 21” wheel type (275/55r21) so your odometer readings are correct.

What were your RF balance values?
snowboarder777 reported that each when needs to balance to 15 # or less to be vibration free…

Sorry. I don't know what that is. The manager at discount said everything looked good on their machine.

I finally got my update yesterday and switched my wheel/tires to the AT 20inch w/ Goodyears and my odometer is only 1 mph faster. So equivalent to when I had the 20 inch Pirellis.

Interesting, thanks for sharing. Hopefully the odometer and efficiency numbers are adjusted by 3%.

Thanks for posting. I was going to ask if anyone had done this. So, did you have the G1 20" OEM set up before and switch just the tyres to the Goodyears? Cheers.

The ride is very smooth and similar to the general grabbers and OEM 21". Cant' figured out why it vibrated a bit ar

You want a lower pound with Road Force, 15lbs or less with our vehicles, anything higher and you'll feel it.

I will show them this when I go to a different location next week. If it is not fixable, is there any sort of buyer guaranteed with discount tires? Probably will switch back to general grabbers or the defender ltx

It's likely just a single tire, so they'll have to identify which won't balance good enough and they could replace just that one.

That would be ideal. I spent too much time at discount tires lately.
