There's a whole thread on Tesla Motors Club of spotting Tesla vehicles in Movies and TV Shows. Some of them were shocking that people noticed where you see a glimpse of the vehicle in the background for only a few frames of video. It's an entertaining thread and I don't think anyone was ever accused of being a plant in that thread.

I recall it well - ten years ago people would pick up on even just a portion of a Model S. Most amusing were a few clips where the show's sound engineers had overlaid engine sounds on a Model S as a character got in and drove off!

Another phrase often posted on early TMC when people claimed to have spotted a Model S in the wild: "pics or it didn't happen!". But in OP's defense the Hulu app and website block screen shots - I had to take a photo of my laptop screen.
