I fixed mine. I had to go into the vehicle, settings, drivers and keys. Then, there was a yellow "!" next to the fob and a button to press. I don't remember what the button said. A few seconds later, the battery icon showed up next to the fob and the fob works.
I had previously seen fob settings and the fob name in the vehicle/access settings. I forgot there was a whole "drivers and keys" menu (I'm a bit new to Rivian).
