Anyone having luck ordering (more importantly receiving) gen 2 mats and black crossbars. Ordered before Thanksgiving, still not shipped. CS can't seem to give me a ship date. ODD.

This seems frustratingly typical. I ordered some gear on Nov 25th and 28th... got the shipping notice on the latter one yesterday. The Nov 25th order is still pending.

I ordered black crossbars mid October and I have received within 2 weeks. I have 2 sets too.

My guess is these are two of the most common items ordered using the referral credits, so Rivian is likely perpetually understocked!

I ordered on Nov 22 and just got them delivered today on Dec 10. Didn’t get shipping notification until last week.

I took delivery of my gen 2 R1S on Nov 30th and received my adapter today. My weather mats are scheduled to arrive on Dec. 11th.

Ordered the black pair ($800 now :-( ) end of December and got email today they got shipped now (2 weeks from order to ship). They said the holiday rush was crazy and many items while in stock got delayed due to processing/shipping backlog. Just FYI.

For floor mats, I am digging the TuxMat I ordered from Amazon after getting good reviews from a R1T owner. These are really really good -excellent coverage and quality. They ship from Canada. Bought same for my Teslas now.

I also ordered gen2 R1T all weather mats as soon as they came back in stock in end of December. I just received the shipping notification last night that they will be delivered tomorrow (Dec 10).

I looked into those but there is no difference between the 2024 and 2025 sets they offer. Of course I could have missed it. Gen1 and Gen2 driver’s sides are different In the R1T.

Interesting. The mat is working well in my Gen2 Truck. The other owner I got reference from is also using it on Gen2 T.
I don’t know what differences exist on the driver side. Can you pls explain so I can see if the fit isn’t perfect?

The Gear Shop site has images showing the difference between Gen1 and Gen2. The biggest one I saw is that Gen2 has a larger cutout where the accelerator pedal is. Presumably this is to reduce the possibility that a loose mat traps the pedal and causes unintended acceleration?

I ordered black crossbars on 12/9 and received 12/20. Ordered G2 all weather mats on 12/15 and received 12/21.

Gen 2 driver's side flooring has a hump right in front of the accelerator pedal. The Rivian driver's mat has a bigger cutout to clear this hump so it can sit flat on the floor. You can see/feel your Tuxmat has somewhat of an air pocket underneath, right in this area.
