GEAR GUARD "THINGY" POLL -- Love it, Hate it or Indifferent?

So I have a question about gear guard. The configurator says gear guard is only with the adventure package and not the explore package. Does that mean just the gear guard cable or is that all of the gear guard? Would suck not to have "sentry" mode in the explorer package.

I love it; it's much more fun, interesting, etc. than just a little lock on the screen or whatever. The bird chirp lock sound is great for the same reason and I'm glad Rivian is finding little opportunities to add style.

That said, I think they could upgrade the art and animation a tiny bit. I like that it's a bit rough but I think the current roughness falls a bit more into the bad category than the stylistic category.

This is my issue. The Rivian is loaded with technology, and being valued as a technology company, and while I like cartoons from 1978, I don't think it's the best representation of the tech. I don't want graphics making me think of 640x480 resolution, I want graphics that make me wonder if they hired Pixar.
