I noticed that Gear Guard recording (not Drive stream) is not playing the Videos anymore, screen stays black. This happened a week before the 2023.14 update. When updating to 2023.14, problem was fixed, but a little over a week later I got the same problem. Which can not play the Video on the screen. (I thought this might be a storage issue, but removing old files dose not help) Not sure if anyone seen this before. I was unable to find a thread for it ..

Came here to post that ALL my videos are now 0sec long.

I just reset the displays and things are back to normal.

I've had this happen maybe three times, resetting the displays always fixes it, but there's clearly a bug/memory leak somewhere.

All right, that's a lot of responses in just a few minutes.

To paraphrase that great philosopher Arlo Guthrie:

"Now it's a movement.."

Thank you for posting this fix!

I had the same issue with the video not playing. Deleting old videos didn't do anything for me either. Was about to submit a service ticket for it.

Thanks! Came here to see if anyone had already found a solution. Screen reset worked for me.

Me, three. I already submitted a ticket without knowing about the screen reset. Oops.

You should continue this. It helps them understand how wide spread the issue is.

I have had this issue pop up twice in two months and the infotainment reset fixes it reliably.

It happened to me as well. How do I do a soft reset? Hold both the two outer most side buttons for 15 seconds? Thanks.
