Front wheel alignment with body suspension bent? Idk

Rivian experts,

got back from alignment shop and tech noticed something odd, seems that one front wheel is closer to the body than other side, from underneath doesn’t seem to be any damage to anything , how can this be? I have an early R1S, vin 10xx, should I be concerned, is this something warranty would cover? Alignment is all within spec… please advise… seems to be off by about 1 inch

Because the passenger side plastic fender trim is pushed into the door and out of position.
