Rivian is the most aggressive protector of TM and IP, we have ever seen. More so than, Porsche, Mercedes, Lamborghini......the Compass Logo is trademarked as well. For Abstract it's only a few items and basically stickers....and such.Looks like the fixed something, I didn't have to login or check anything.
I'm surprised that the emblem kits are still allowed. I would have thought that would have been high on the list of the corporate lawyers to remove. Maybe it is because they don't show on the Rivian product pages.
Thanks. I had the same problem, just saw “6 items”Check one of the boxes on the left and items appear...

Amazon has more $ for lawyers. It's okay if you manufacture and sell non-licensed logo items on Amazon, but the little guy's can't do it![]()
The thing about Amazon is that most of the listings on there are from 3rd parties. Most of those third parties are from China as well, and the barrier to entry to setting up shop on Amazon is very, very low. It's more a game of whackamole than anything. It's okay if you manufacture and sell non-licensed logo items on Amazon, but the little guy's can't do it![]()
I concur with the fact they are very insistent. In my experience, they were also remarkably flexible and easy to work with in order to obtain compliance and provided guidance on what to do going forward. There is a reason, for instance, why the Rangefinder Key Fob Surrounds don't even use the color names.Rivian is the most aggressive protector of TM and IP, we have ever seen.
