No 0-60-0 test for me, but I was fortunate enough to get to do a 0-130-0 run in Normal last Summer, and that happened with the All-Terrain tires and three adults and plenty of camera gear as ballast. There was no clock involved, but I can say it was accomplished within 6/10th's of a mile (Google Earth confirms our trip at just less than 3,200 feet), even after hanging at 130 for an extra little bit to confirm that David, our cameraman, had captured the readout on the dashboard for posterity. On top of that, I didn't mash the brakes completely to the floor to bring it to a the shortest possible stop.Has anyone done the 0-60-0 test?
Although the adrenaline was flowing, it really seemed like 60 was there in three seconds, with 80 at about four. While we started from a dead stop a bit earlier in the curve at the head of the staightaway, we also slowed fully and turned off the track calmly before reaching the end of that straightaway.
My Perma-grin is coming back to me as I type these words.... ?
