Does adding the Performance Boost help with Range when towing?

I have a Gen 2 R1S duel motor max pac. We are getting ready to do some camping, towing a trailer. I am very aware the range is cut in half at best. I was wondering if adding the power boost Rivian is offering would help at all with range. Any experience or thoughts would be appreciated. They say the power boost adds roughly 130 HP, I'm guessing it will not help with range but thougt it worth asking.

It's acceleration boost, not "performance" boost.

No it just unlocks more power and not range.

Less power gives you more range unfortunately.
