Nice! I stopped by the Go Electric event and was blown away by LG. Didn't leave the parking lot before updating (again) my LE config to LG.

I found it kind of amusing. There were a good number of people stopping by and everyone seemed very impressed, but they were pretty much in two very different groups:
1. People like us who just wanted to see one IN REAL LIFE! I enjoyed chatting with other preorder holders.
2. People who had no clue about Rivian - one woman asked me “Who makes this?” And when I said Rivian she said “Who’s that?” so I gave her a very quick overview on the company and then she said “Oh do you work for them?” ~8)

Admittedly I probably sound like I work for Rivian when I’m telling others about them LOL

That reminds me of owning a Tesla (in Kentucky) in 2015. I always had to explain to people that Tesla was it's own company, not some subsidiary of another company. It's often kind of fun.

Now when I tell people I'm looking at Rivian, I get some of the same questions. Though at this point at least, when I tell people it's electric, I no longer have to explain that it's fully electric and there's no engine & no gas. ?

Kanundrum - these are great pictures. I am torn between glacier white and LA silver. Both were free options before and Glacier will cost me if I change my mind too late in the game.
