Determining Quad vs. Dual Motor in Resale Listings

n00b here - currently saving to purchase an R1T next year, likely on the resale market. I don't know that I have a preference for dual v. quad at the moment, but it would be nice in looking at listings if that was clearly defined. I understand that the VIN doesn't reflect it - is there another way to determine that information if the listing doesn't specifically call it out?

Brake calipers are orange on the quad, silver on the dual.

Good advice here. The VIN is the best way. Otherwise yellow accented brake calipers and badges say its a quad on 2022-2024 models. You can also tell by looking at the about screen in the vehicle primary display. Anyone selling a Rivian should have that in their pics because that's where you also access the odometer.
