Delivery! Limestone & 22” dark wheels

Got my R1T yesterday.
Limestone, 22” dark wheels…
It is seriously awesome. I’m on cloud 9 now! Everything about the delivery was perfect, no blemishes or issues with the truck at all. Well, I’m still waiting on the latest update to arrive but that’s it.
I received the charger today too (was supposed to be yesterday but was rescheduled to today). I think Rivian purposely ships them to folks on their delivery day.
I had been anguishing reading all the threads with delivery issues or truck problems so I just wanted to post an example of everything being right (for the time being!).
I invited my guide and he was there too! Just a great day and start of a great relationship.

Great news! Rivian is slowly but surely refining its QC and delivery routine. Truck looks sharp. Congrats!

Congratulations. Did your guide come down from Illinois? What is your VIN as it would be good to know if it is a more recent build and hence better aligned.

It’s in the 5500 range.

Excellent thanks. Very recent build. Odd that Seageo who also had delivery very recently has a 1500 build.

My Guide is from Normal Illinois, I'm in far west Texas, we're 1318 miles apart! My R1T has been sitting at the Dallas Delivery Center for over a week for QC and prep. I was told it will be flatbed to my house next week (over 600 miles away). Fingers crossed!

So far, so awesome.
I love just being able to walk away after parking and (after peeking back to make sure) knowing that the R1T locks up automatically.
likewise, when I approach, it opens up for me.
i know this may not be unusual if you have a newer car but I think it’s so cool!
Then when you factor in the performance, the tech, the comfort…wow I am in love.

issues?
1. I am playing music via Bluetooth from my iPhone. How do I play a playlist?
2. Can’t think of anything else right now!

Congrats... The truck looks great. Where abouts in Socal if you don't mind me asking? It is always good to know another "Rivanian" nearby.

What numbers do you look at? the last 5? Mine is 04140 and I took delivery a few weeks ago. Non launch edition but specked out like one.

The Limestone with the dark wheels looks killer… I’ve gone back and forth between Limestone and ElCap for my R1S but holding out until I can see Limestone in person… yours looks amazing with the black wheels!
