My husband got in a minor fender bender with my brand new R1S. We took it to the only certified shop in Vegas and waited patiently. And then waited and waited with nothing for a month. It’s now been almost 6 weeks and the shop says they have been waiting on a headlight. They say it is a supply and demand situation with Rivian not having a surplus of parts. What? Is this true? I am so upset. Does anyone know who I can call or get through to at Rivian as a customer to see about getting this expedited? Or am I just out of luck? Please help.
