Did a day-trip yesterday from home base (Hendersonville, NC) to the Tesla SC in west Knoxville, TN (downhill in the rain). After test driving the Tesla Y long range, we stopped by the sister-in-law's house on the northside for a visit and then back home (uphill through rain). Left with 100% battery, drove 284 miles, and parked with 10%/42 miles remaining on the meter. Outside temp was 45-50 degrees, drove at speed limit +5, rainy, and through a 15-minute traffic backup in the gorge on I-40 for road repair. 21" tires @ 50lb without aero covers.
