They can put whatever mirrors they want or no mirrors at all on that thing. It gets fuglier every time I see it. I do want to see the 6’ long windshield wiper in action though.

To each their own. Those guys in that thread were very excited about all of it.

I wonder if the mirrors will pass safety standards. The tail fins of the 1950’s over styled cars were banned because people got killed

Every time I see a picture of one I can’t help but think that two Tesla execs have a bet with each other that no matter how ugly they make it, or how how expensive it will wind up, they will sell x amount because of their cult.

I do like the stainless steel and charging network though.

Mmmmmm. No 3rd brake light as required by federal MV standards. Also, those taillights are tiny. I have a CT reservation and want to see more.

Seems like the triangle mirrors will cut off the most important parts of the view.
I'm sure they can see the door just fine though?
