A public service announcement in case you were wondering what the AC charge curve looks like when starting with a 19ºF battery:
Started by moving the vehicle into the garage to connect to a 40A charger and plugging in. From the start the vehicle pulls the maximum 9kW from the charger but there is a noticeable lag in the range being added (top graph is the charger power reported by Rivian, bottom is the range added rate in miles per hour):
Took 50 minutes on the charger before the maximum ranged added speed was hit, hopefully you aren't in a hurry should you find yourself in this situation.
Unfortunately Rivian doesn't show the battery temperature while charging but you can see the motors got tasty 30 minutes in to the charge so it is aggressively warming up the battery (at the end of the charge the battery was a comfortable 63ºF):
