Charge port door rubbing against headlight enclosure

Have started to notice the automatic charge port cover rubs up against the bottom of the headlight enclosure and makes awful poping and snapping sounds like it's going to break off. It's even moving the headlight assembly. Is there any easy way to adjust that automatic door cover to increase the gap to the headlight assembly?

Mine made a similar noise on Day 1 and it seemed to me like mine was catching on the body panel below the charge port and snapping into place. I filed a service ticket and they looked at it a couple of weeks later (though it had already quieted down significantly.) The service summary said they adjusted the headlight on mine though I didn’t see it as a contributing factor. They said they may have had to remove the charge port door and re-epoxy it but they decided it wasn’t that drastic.

Mine started doing this shortly after delivery as well. They said they “fixed” it after first SC visit but it came back shortly afterwards. Taking it in for service again
