Has anyone changed their name in their R1?
Before taking delivery I asked my Guide to change the first name on my account. She said she could do or right after I took delivery - fair enough. I took delivery on Friday and the change was made … however, only the app and my account are updated - the R1 still has the original name. I have connected with support twice now. The first time they said wait until Monday and if the R1 hasn’t updated do a reset and that will force it through - I did that today, no change. I reconnected with support and they said they have no idea … has anyone successfully done this?
