I don't blame you, and not your fault at all. Rivian needs to get their shit together. Just checked the status of my order, and it still says shipment pending.

Seems to be a recurring theme here.

Hey Estonius, at least you were able to order some. The email alert is worthless. I now have to be "Johnny on the spot" to order 20"s, a 21" spare (or any spare), and now some caps.

No shipping confirmation for me since the service team brought them to me with the spare tire. Crazy thing is the SC charges $35 per cap.

No one should be surprised by this, its just like the trucks, later orders delivered sooner

Still not shipped.

I contacted CS about this on Friday. I explained that others who placed orders days after those of us who ordered them the first day already had their orders shipped, and I wanted to understand why Rivian is not fulfilling these orders in the order they were placed. I was told someone would contact me by EOD Monday. It is now EOD Tuesday, and I haven’t heard a thing: no email, text, call, and no shipment.

Yet another knock against Rivian’s customer experience.

Got my shipping notice.

For me what helped was totally giving up and saying “I’ll get my caps when I get my floor mats”, and putting the aero covers back on.

Next day got a shipping notice. Try that.

Got my shipping notification as well. Apparently shipping takes a full 7 days to get to CT. I believe a guide is walking the order to my house.

The same guide must have mine. Got the shipping notification and same 7 day shipping to here in PA.
