Can't View Guard Cameras in App

Anyone else continue to have issues getting camera feeds to work in the app?

I no longer care if a reboot fixes it. Kinda defeats the point of remote viewing... I'm just tired of bugs in features I specifically have to pay extra for.

Same here. No live camera view… always errors out with ‘Something went wrong’.

happens to me on wifi, when I switch to cell it seems to work most of the time. if you get the error, switch to cell and see if you can connect.

I tried it both ways at multiple locations and it still errors out

Works for me. Not something I normally use but tried it after seeing this post. It gave an error at first, but I tapped it again and the cameras came right up. Probably something to do with 'the truck was asleep' or something along those lines.

I had problems after the last update. I noticed that my drive videos were corrupted. Reformatted the hard drive and all is well, including remote viewing with app.

Try reformatting the hard drive.

I was able to reproduce on wifi. It finally came up after about 4 tries. I normally have no reason to check the cameras when parked in my garage so I hadn't noticed this before. I don't get this over cellular.

Yeah but you had to mess with it to get it working. I'm saying that I'm over having to troubleshoot every tech thing, let alone those I have to pay extra for. They better just work.

I'm not here to argue, but clicking "play" twice - once to wake up the vehicle and once to start the streaming - is hardly "complex troubleshooting".

Also, we're not paying any extra for this.

Ok, now I'm having issues over cellular too. Strange. Was working fine, and reliably, as recently as last night. Perhaps a reboot is in order.

I have been having this for some time, even before the last update. Both WIFI and Cellular. I can't get it to work even from home. It errors out all the time. I've given up on it and hopefully another update fixes it? Sometimes it will come up and show one camera. When you try a second camera, then it errors out. hopefully gear guard is working.
