Cancelled delivery May 12 for delivery May 18th. Expected May 25!

Just got a call from Rivian saying the the truck is ready to be delivered except that there is a dent and would I accept deliver still and they will fix the dent at a later date when it’s in for servicing or something. Otherwise it would be two weeks before they could fix it and deliver it.

So, I’ll still be talking delivery regardless of the dent situation.

Tough go Mike. I’d take delivery also. I just finished installing my Rivian charger. My second truck (first one was recalled) is en route from Normal. In a perfect world I could still get it this week. Based on your story I’m setting my expectations low.

We still have out money and won’t turn it over till we have it vehicle!

We got our cancellation notice less than 24 hrs before as well.

Have to wait for the spare tire too as I was told March 23 two weeks after I get the truck original delivery date May 16 so now the wait is one week or less…
