Congrats! But argh, another MA order well after mine, similar build, getting theirs before I do.

I guess there's a little reprieve here, I was just able to schedule a mobile test drive (I never got an email, but my account showed the option to schedule when I logged in). So in two weeks from yesterday, they'll be stopping by my house at 9am. That's something, I suppose.

The email we sent out in April that mentioned we would be reaching out around this time, was intended only for those with the Ocean Coast interior with 2022 delivery windows as those would be experiencing delays. So that is why we haven't reached out to you just yet, as you have a 2023 delivery window.

We will be sending out updated delivery windows to all preorder holders beginning next week! So you will get an update very soon.

I was also told that pre-order holders with the soonest deliveries will get emails first. Makes sense, but also not putting too much faith into it as well.

I'm throwing my BS flag on that. People with something other than OC definitely got that email and nobody with OC still configured was actually contacted about changing that I'm aware of (certainly not every OC config with a 2022 delivery).

Either this person misunderstood what was put out or Rivian changed their mind about the intended audience after the fact.

I don't know why anyone believes any delivery window that Rivian puts out unless you are already assigned a guide. Rivian has changed priority for shipping FIVE times already, launch editions with max pack first, to launch editions with large pack first, to launch editions and adventure trim, to Launch editions and Adventure trim with Black and green interiors, to launch editions and adventure trim and people who paid the post March 1 price because why the F not.

Expect your original delivery window to be delayed. Be happy if it is not.

Definitely seems to be confusion. The 4/25 email was definitely intended for everyone as it specifically mentions "We ask those preorder holders with a 2023 (or later) delivery window to sit tight for now but know that we intend to provide you with more clarity this summer as well." Maybe the end-of-may emails/survey that never went out were only supposed to go to the ocean coast and others that could move up? That section wasn't super clear.

Regardless, there's been a few CS folks that have indicated that delivery updates would be coming soon (although in some sort of rolling fashion) so hopefully that's accurate.
