Anybody use a foldable stand or where do you set your large griddle while out with the Rivian?
I have not yet seen any portable stands that are compatible with the e series. But I would happily take a link if you have a suggestion!!

I use the Sylvan Sport DineOMax Camp Kitchen for camping and tailgating. It keeps all of my stuff organized and at hand. The griddle goes on the right (above the handy trash bag) and there's a sink on the left.
Rivian R1T R1S Blackstone E-Series 22" Electric Griddle - $199 1736543386226-il

I'm continuing to refine my setup and am adding a Dometic faucet above the sink as my next addition.

I usually just set it on the tailgate. The cord is pretty short so without an extension the places to put it are limited.

That's easy to do with your R1T, but in an R1S you'd basically be cooking in the back of the vehicle and smells and grease splatters would tough to remove. My wife would unhappy if she got in her truck (Rosey is definitely hers) and it smelled like bacon...

We travel with a hitch luggage rack, so using the tailgate isn't very convenient. We have an 8' extension cord to give a little wiggle room.
We just got the Blackstone, but on a prior trip, we just used our basic $25 griddle. My husband ended up putting it on top of the luggage rack, but he did have to take everything off in order to make that happen, which was definitely a pain and not ideal.

For those using ane of these or one of the induction options, how much battery % or range do you lose from a typical use scenario? Right now we use propane canisters for our camp stove so no range hit.... I'd prefer to use the Rivian to run a cooktop but not if the range hit is too large

I'm still trying to figure that out, but I don't think it's more than 2-3% per day. We tailgated at a PSU football game in November and I used the Blackstone for a couple of hours (bacon, egg, & cheese sandwiches for breakfast and patty melts for dinner after the game), a hot pot for coffee and hot chocolate, and a crockpot that was on for about 5 hours while we were in the game and lost 3% total. Full disclosure though - I had everything running through a Bluetti AC180 and then charged the AC180 from the Rivian, so my numbers might be a little off.

One other PSA regarding the Blackstone eGriddle. I picked up these Wobble Wedges and keep a ziplock bag of them in with my Blackstone to easily level it when I'm using it. It's tough to tell from the photo, but each wedge is about 1"x2" and they can be stacked if needed.
