Best (and quickest) Weight Distribution Hitch plus a towing question

I use the Reese Straight Line WD hitch with my Airstream 23cb, I find the chain type much easier to hook up than the bracket hook setups (especially with any angle). I used this same hitch with my previous Land Cruiser which is about the same wheelbase as your R1S … you’re going to want 1k lb bars with that tongue weight. I use 800 lb with mine, but I’ve got 650 lb tongue and and the R1T.

What is an equalizer? And can you re-set the ball easily to fit a different tow vehicle from time to time?

The Equalizer is a hitch that the ball can be adjusted. I let Aistream set the ball, and then reset it. But any mechanic with a large socket/wrench and torque wrench can make the change. https://www.equalizerhitch.com/
