You cannot see the bed from rear view mirror. Given this it would be great if an added feature in the future would be access to the rear camera facing bed above rear window while driving. Today used truck for a lumber pickup. The hooks worked great and there was zero shift of material (8’ long pieces fit fine as you can see) but would add piece of mind particularly when gate is down.

If the tailgate is open, it should automatically switch to that above- bed camera.

probsbly some silly technical reason for it.
