Hey guys! Sorry if this is a dumb question but my search results didn’t give me an answer. Ever since rivian removed the option to configure your R1T with your order/reservation, how does the order process work? When do you configure your truck and lock prices in?

Rivian will figure that out in 2024 - if you are lucky.

I'm not sure anyone, including Rivian themselves, knows exactly what the process will be like since I don't think anyone post-change has gotten a truck.

But most likely whenever they think your time for production is approaching you'll be invited to configure your vehicle via some new process, at which point they'll give a production timeline and price based on your selections. They might also allow access to the R1 shop at that point to see if you want to elect to just buy something already built.
