I figured since there are a few new owners in here, we may want a place where you can ask your questions about the R1T directly to owners. I'm sure @timesinks, @JDMD, and soon @bowhunter and I would be happy to answer what we can! Also, it may be easier to read this thread if we stick to questions about current features vice discussion or debate about future features.

I have seen reviews that the charging pad doesn’t work that well. Is that y’all’s experience? And can you charge two phones at once? Thanks!

Are any of you planning on adding things like auxiliary lights or mobile radios? If so, how easy is access to the 12v battery?

Can you text (send and receive) hands-free through the UI?

Does not play well with my iPhone 13. I suspect the camera bump. I also think charge pads are gimmicky in moving vehicles because your phone wants to shimmy around while you're driving, er, "spiritedly". It's plug and cord for me.

My husband can get his phone to charge if he finds just the right spot. I think he prefers the predictable behavior of just plugging in too though.

Can you show the view from the driver's seat of the rearview mirror and the view out the back.
The one thing I love about my bolt is the rearview mirror is a camera so I get a full 270 degree view out the back without seeing the people in the back seat.
I want every car to have that.

No plans for that for me, but accessing the battery seems pretty straightforward.

Have you tried using the 4gLTE as a hot spot? how well does that work?

If its decent, that is a huge game changer for road trips and working on the road for me
