We here at Thunderbolt Adventure Supply are proud supporters of Rivian Clubs of America and the local Rivian Clubs - especially our own Bay Area Rivian Club. And I'm always surprised that so many people don't know about the clubs and what they do.
I'm frequently surprised that folks don't know about all of the great events hosted by the clubs or the benefits offered to paying club members. As you may know, we here at Thunderbolt Adventure Supply only run one sale a year - our Anniversary Sale - and it just ended. But, paid members of the Rivian Club of America and the local chapters get 10% off our gear. There are a bunch of other vendors that also offer discounts. And, your Rivian Club membership includes a membership to Tread Lightly, an organization dedicated to responsible off-road recreation.
The Clubs are also always holding great events. The Bay Area Club has at least 10 events ranging from an e-waste recycling event to a campout with bonus restoration project. The SoCal groups hosted a guided stargazing night in Joshua Tree and plan more education events in the future. And a club on the East Coast just held an off-road weekend.
The folks who volunteer their time to run the club, it's communications channels and to organize events are a dedicated and really fun group of people. Join and get to know them!
