I have Connect+ and an update or two ago, I was waiting for the software update to get pushed. I did a Software Restart (outer buttons on the steering wheel) while parked in the garage with wi-fi access and the new update was offered within an hour after completing the software restart. That may help in your case.

There is an issue with your truck or connection. The last update shows 100% deployed on the software tracker I saw.
Generally speaking, try a reset when something is not right or as expected …you are driving a big computer which occasionally gets bogged down and needs to restart….
