Are the ventilated seats wimpy or is it just my truck?

I cut a ticket for mine. Same issue as others on here. Used to be great. Now I can barely tell if they're on. I tried a hard reset, but didn't seem to do anything.

Mine used to be cold/strong. With the latest update, they are much weaker overall.

Using them as we speak and no, I don’t think there is a significant improvement. Driver+ and PAAK are much improved however!

Interesting no mention in the notes about PAAK improvements, I wonder if it is a by product of the change to add additional phone keys.

I always think it’s just the stability of the update. The last operating system was super buggy for me, and while this one didn’t mention any specific improvements, it just seems to be smoother overall..

Mine has always been weak. Can barely feel any air flow. I've tried turning on the lower vents in the second row, with no difference. I'd be interested in hearing from people who take theirs in for service, what the techs did.

I experienced the same issue with the seats. Coming from Dodge Durango, the vented seats underperform by a big margin.

Anyhow, I submitted a ticket because there is now way it is this bad by design, got a call from service center asking for a video…

Mine are very weak. And my AC sucks. Does anyone have a sense of how a software update would affect performance? Isn’t it just a fan that forces air through the seat? Are people thinking they cut power to the fan or something? I’m gonna add it to the long list of service requests we have.

Everything works great for me. Didn't think I'd like the chilled seats at first (made my back feel all weird & tingly, like it did after I had spine surgery a few years ago), but liking them now when it's already >90 degrees at 8am.

This might be a subjective question. This is my first truck to have all these features. Before this I just drove beater work trucks for 250,000 miles or till they died. Rivian sure is nice compared to those!
