@k3g was a huge help in his project. In fact, this was his idea. I just edited his files a bit for my own needs after some testing...

Anyway, the idea was to mount an Apex Compact Reel System in the bed of the R1T. The result is a compressor that's much quicker to put into use... and much, much quicker to put away when I'm done.

I tried to DIY this myself but certainly will be going with the professional fabrication that Soonish and @LivingInKaos is coming out with as mine hasnt turned out that well. One thing i found and maybe you and @LivingInKaos can comment on is my set up would tend to fall out as you it seems you can unfortunately not use the air compressor and lock the gear guard at the same time. It appears you have it locked when winding up the hose as the compressor gauge is off. Is this correct and did you find that it would ever fall out when using? Thanks.
